9.3 When you submit an enquiry form on our website, you may be asked whether you would like to receive ongoing marketing communications about news, models, and offers. This choice is recorded on your contact record. Only if you tick the marketing consent box will you be subscribed to our marketing email list; declining the box never affects whether your enquiry is received, processed, or answered by our team.
10. Additions to This Policy
10.1 We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will publish the updated policy on our website at northsiderv.com.au/privacy-policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Third Party Services We Use
The third-party services below may store or process personal information outside Australia. We use them only as needed to operate this website, respond to enquiries, and (with your consent) send marketing communications.
11.1 Google Analytics 4 — United States. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic and user behaviour. This service may collect anonymous data about your visit including pages viewed, time on site, and general location. Analytics cookies load only with your consent via Google Consent Mode v2.
11.2 ActiveCampaign — United States. We use ActiveCampaign for email marketing and customer relationship management. When you submit a contact, enquiry, or quote form, your name, email address, and phone number may be stored in ActiveCampaign for follow-up related to your enquiry. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in (or, for dedicated stock-alert signups, where subscribing is the clear purpose of the form). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
11.3 Vercel — United States (primary hosting and serverless functions). This website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Visitor requests and form submissions are processed on Vercel servers, typically in US regions unless configured otherwise in the project.
11.4 Hostinger — European Union / United States (email delivery). Outbound notification and confirmation emails are sent via SMTP through Hostinger (smtp.hostinger.com). Message content and recipient addresses are processed on Hostinger's mail infrastructure.
11.5 Monday.com — United States. Enquiry details may be synced to our Monday.com CRM board so our sales and service teams can manage follow-up. This is operational processing tied to your enquiry, not marketing, unless you have separately opted in to marketing emails.
11.6 Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — United States. Invisible fraud-prevention on forms; strictly necessary and not subject to marketing or analytics consent.
11.7 Cookies — Our website uses cookies and similar technologies in the following categories:
- Strictly necessary — reCAPTCHA fraud prevention, always active and not subject to consent.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4; only loads with your consent via Google Consent Mode v2.
- Marketing — ActiveCampaign Site Tracking; only loads if you grant marketing consent. This links on-site browsing to an existing contact record (if you have previously submitted an enquiry) so our sales team can follow up on relevant models or offers. It does not fire at all until consent is given.
You can change your cookie choice at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the site footer.
